If you have arrived here is because of my video on Zhan Zhuang. I will be doing it for an hour and the changes I will begin to feel. You welcome to join me in this journey. Comment if you have ever heard of Zhan Zhuang or its benefits? Or if you practice it? how long can you hold the posture for?

They are many ways to do Zhan Zhuang, Hun Yuan posture is my favourite!
